Criminal Background for You or Someone Else

Oregon Computerized Criminal History files for all agencies are maintained by the Oregon State Police.  All law enforcement and criminal justice agencies are allowed access to these files for criminal justice purposes only, and cannot run a person's record at the request of a member of the public.  However, the records are available in a limited fashion to the public utilizing the Oregon State Police Website with the appropriate fees.
