Donation Information

Our county funds often do not cover expenses to house, at times, many animals. CCAS depends greatly on donations of money to purchase needed items and donations of the actual items.

We are always in need of Food. We have specified brands that work well in our shelter and are highly appreciated. Also always needed is cat litter (non-clumping). Please see our complete needed items list below.

DONATIONS MAY BE IN DIFFERENT FORMS
Donations of money can be in cash or check payable to CCAS, or to one of our non-profit support groups: Animal Shelter Partners(ASP) and FOCCAs.
Donations for spay and neuter: Make checks payable to the Coos County Animal Shelter spay/neuter fund (every dollar donated is used to spay/neuter animals in the shelter)

Donations for medical help: Make check payable to Hanson Meekins Veterinary for the Johnson Fund or Bandon Veterinary Hospital for the Klugman Fund (every dollar donated is used for medical treatment of shelter animals).Click here for more information on the Johnson and Klugman Fund.
