How to Submit a Permit Application

How to Apply:

1. You can apply online if you are a licensed contractor or you can apply with the assistance of your licensed contractor. Staff can assist you with setting up an ePermitting account or you can visit this site to assist.

2. Electronic fillable forms available online and may be submitted electronically,  in person at 60 E. 2nd St. Coquille OR 97423, or by mail at 250 N. Baxter, Coquille OR 97423.  Please make sure to provide your land use authorization and required documents for all permit request including electrical and plumbing.    
3. Call us at 541-396-7770. 
4. Our expert permit specialists (in planning and building) are available for walk-in services Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm unless otherwise posted for holidays or training.
