Planning Projects

Coos County Planning has planning projects that they work on with partners or to update ordinances and plans. 

List of planning projects:

• Coos Head Master Plan implementation (Phase II);
• Housing Updates in the Urban Growth Areas and Boundaries; 
• Updating the CCZLDO to provide for home based business regulations; and
• Updating the Coos Bay Estuary Management Plan.
