The Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACT) is an evidence based practice designed to provide comprehensive treatment and support services to individuals who are diagnosed with serious mental illness.  ACT services are provided by a multidisciplinary team to maximize independence and community integration. 

Adult Team - This position directs the team-based care and delivers clinical supervision to other team members of the Adult Program. 

Childrens/Youth Team - Provides mental health services to children/adolescents.  includes individual and family therapy, coordinating service plans with involved family, caregivers, medical, psychiatric and other providers.  Seeking motivated candidate to provide individualized care to youth and families with more complex needs. 

School-Based Therapist (two positions open).  Provides mental health services in a school setting.  This position follows the calendar year with school breaks (summers off).  Position pays 83.32% of the regular MH Specialist II salary, but is paid 12 months a year and receives full time health insurance benefits. 

Mobile Response Team (MRT) - Coordinates with local law enforcement to provide quick telephonic and in person consultation and evaluations to those in acute crisis, providing deescalation, intervention and stabilization support.  This position works primarily from home on a rotating 48-hour schedule, but needs to be available to respond to call outs in person during shifts. 

Salary range: $67,368 –$78,804 per year plus extra for having an Oregon license.  Salary range for MRT position is $71,304 - $83,412.   

Must be a qualified mental health professional or eligible; Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or other mental health related field; or Bachelors in Nursing or occupational therapy with license and experience. Must pass a criminal background check per state requirements.
