You MUST show proof of funds at the time of registration.  Certified Funds Only.  (Cash, Cashier's Check or Money Order).

Auction Registration Form and Winning Bid Deed Forms below to fill out and bring with you to auction to save time.

Payments for properties (please read carefully):

Payments for properties won at auction or after need to be in Certified Funds.
Acceptable payments for property purchases are cash, cashiers check or money order
(No personal checks or credit cards accepted for properties won at auction, the Clerk does accept other forms of payment for deed recording, see below)
Make Cashiers Checks payable to Coos County Land Agent.

You will need to have 20% of the Winning bid amount with you.  Not sure what that is, here is an easy way to figure it out. You want to purchase a property and you have a Max Budget of what you can spend.  Bring 20% of whatever that $ amount is with you.  Now, can you bring $1,000 and buy a 100k home...No.

You will need to bring separate funds for the Coos County Clerk of $86 for the Clerk Filing Fee of your Deed.  You must have this before we can record your deed.  It must be separate funds from your purchase! 

Deed payments: Cash, Cashier's Check or Money Order and all checks or money orders payable to Coos County Clerk for $86. Cash ok too.
(personal checks are accepted by the Clerk for this purchase ONLY)
