Human Resource's procedure for a job opening is to advertise with The State of Oregon Employment Office. We sometimes advertise in the local paper, THE WORLD, and out-of-town papers such as THE REGISTER-GUARD in Eugene and THE OREGONIAN. Internet advertising currently is done with CRAIG'S LIST. Announcements are always posted outside of the Human Resource Office, Room 116 at the Courthouse in Coquille.

County applications are required for all positions, resumes only will not be accepted. If you live outside of Coos County, you may call to have one sent to you. We only accept applications for current open positions.
