BERRIES:

     No permit required for berries.  Harvesting must be done in such a way that bushes are not damaged (no clipping or breaking of branches).

Market stumpage value is the stumpage value received for any given tree species in the last regular sale of County Forest timber or values shown in the latest Oregon Dept. of Revenue stumpage value tables, whichever is higher.  Market value of bolts, post or pole material is determined periodically by an informal survey of local markets.

Land Divisions include tentative partitions, subdivisions, planned community or condominiums.

For reviews, unless otherwise deferred to the Planning Commission or called-up by the Board of Commissioners, the base fee will be charged at the time the application is filed.  The applicant is responsible for actual cost of that review.
