The Correctional Treatment Center, Drug & Alcohol Program Manager, works under the direction of the Community Corrections Director. This involves supervising, evaluating, training and making recommendations for outside training and education for clinical staff. The Program Manager works with the clinical staff to insure accountability and adherence to the State of Oregon and Treatment Center policies and procedures.
The Program Manager is also responsible for continuing to develop and maintain the programming necessary to maintain compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules as well as maintaining integrity of the Correctional Treatment Center.
The whole staff, working together on a daily basis, has developed a teamwork approach to treatment by utilizing the expertise they all bring to this agency. This all contributes to the maintenance of a quality and successful program.
