The county Tobacco Prevention Program Coordinator acts as the primary enforcer of the Oregon Indoor Clean Air Act The law requires, with few exceptions, that all workplaces be smoke free. It also requires that smokers not smoke within 10 feet of any door, window, or intake vent. The Law places the responsibility on business owners to maintain a smoke free environment.
Complaints of violations of the Smoke Free Workplace Law can be filed either by completing an online complaint form at the link below, or by calling 1-866-624-6107. Complaints may be made anonymously.
