Babies First! is a program for parents of young children, from newborn through 4 years of age. Public health nurses and certified parent educators visit your family in the comfort of your own home to discuss any questions and concerns you have about your baby. The educator will check the baby's growth and progress and suggest ways that you can use play to help your baby develop on schedule. If you or your baby needs specialized attention, the educator may refer you to the appropriate agency.  Our parent educators can also work closely with your child's health care providers.

Eligibility
Children from birth through age 4 years old. Priority for those enrolled in the Oregon Health Plan.
