The Living Well Program is now provided by Western Oregon Advanced Health (WOAH).  Living Well with Chronic Conditions is a six-week workshop that provides tools for living a healthy life with chronic health conditions, including diabetes, arthritis, asthma heart disease, chronic pain, and other chronic health concerns. Through weekly 2 ½ hour sessions, the workshop teaches self management skills to help live a full, healthier life. Workshops are ongoing and will be offered in various locations throughout Coos and Curry counties. All workshops in Coos and Curry Counties are free and participants receive a free reference book.

To get your name on a list for an upcoming workshop, please call
