The Criminal Division handles all of the criminal cases referred to this office. In addition, the Criminal Divison handles other cases such as juvenile dependency matters, forfeitures and involuntary mental commitment hearings.

||Erika began working in Coos County in 2010 as the Chief Deputy District Attorney. Erika graduated from Gonzaga University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. She obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from Lewis and Clark law School in 1997. A career prosecutor, she has worked in District Attorney Offices in both Oregon and Washington. Erika handles Measure 11 felonies and complicated property related crimes. She also assigned to the Coos County Crash Team. ||Karen began working in Coos County in 1995 as a Deputy District Attorney. She graduated from Pacific Lutheran University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. She obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from Willamette University College of Law in 1995.

||Ryan started in Coos County in 2009 as a Deputy District Attorney. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2000 from Loras College. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Drake University in 2008.
