The County Clerk’s office encompasses two divisions: Land Records and Elections
Services provided are:
- Public Records – Liens, Military Discharge, Partitions, etc.
- Dog Licenses– Issuance of license; administrator of program
- County Filings – Departmental filings, i.e., contracts, agreements, meeting minutes, etc…
- Board of Property Tax Appeal (BoPTA) – petition filings, administration of hearings
- Military Discharge Documents, i.e., recording of DD214, copies of DD214
- Found Property Filings
