This program provides limited funds to subsidize the cost of sex offender counseling for indigent offenders who have been ordered into treatment according to their supervision conditions. 

Therapy includes a combination of one-on-one and group work which is supported by disclosure and maintenance polygraph examinations. Most offenders in this program are supervised on a single specialized caseload by an officer who maintains regular staffings with the treatment provider. A second officer manages a few of these offenders.

In addition to formal treatment, sex offenders are polygraphed on a six to nine month basis.
