Payment online via the Internet:

• These transactions cannot be processed at the county office.
• A valid e-mail address is required as a confirmation receipt is e-mailed to the user.
• US Bank is a third-party payment service provider, through which Coos County can accept credit/debit cards or e-check property tax payments.
• There will be a convenience fee of 2.49% for credit card transactions based on the payment amount, a flat fee of $3.95 for signature debit cards or a flat $1.25 charge for each e-check transaction.
• Coos County does not collect or retain any portion of the convenience fee charged.
• Your payment is considered timely if the transmission time and date is prior to the 15th at 11:59 pm.
  
  

How to pay your property taxes on-line:

• Click Account Search below. 
• If you wish to search by name or address enter that here, or to search by account number, click on ‘Advanced’ enter your tax account number & click on ‘Search’.
• In the next window, click on the ‘Tax Summary Report’ or ‘T’ if there are multiple accounts listed.
• Then click ‘Run Report’.  Click on the blue line that states ‘Pay Online Now with Credit card or Check’ and follow the instructions on the screen.

The County does not generally issue any refunds for payments processed via this website. However, if you wish to inquire about initiating a potential refund, or have a question about charges made to your account please contact our office at 541-396-7725.
